RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily and Weekly Coaching and training to enhance sales ability and skills.

Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed a desire to receive an insurance quote and who are actively looking for better insurance.

Ability to educate prospective customers on coverage options and demonstrating the value of being a customer of our agency.

Follow-up with our proven system for when to call, email, and text quoted prospects.

SKILLS

Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.

Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.

Technology proficient - Excel, Outlook, Email and Text.

Must have an active property and casualty insurance license.

Must have a minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
