As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales leads, nurturing existing customer relationships, and closing new business opportunities. While prior logistics experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement. What's essential is your ability to make phone calls to new leads, follow our sales process, and diligently report results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead prospecting and generation to fuel our sales pipeline.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, shippers, and receivers throughout the process.
• Collaborate effectively with our operations team and management to address any customer issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
