Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales/ Service Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential and current customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include;

*Answer incoming sales, parts, and service calls.

*Monitor multiple email accounts

*Create sales orders for customers requiring service parts or accessories and work with shipping department to make sure items are shipped

*Use CRM for logging service calls, follow through the process to make sure the customer is taken care of and that all questions were answered, and unit works correctly, then close the CRM ticket.

*Quote wholes goods and parts to customers

*Work with outside sales on quoting and sharing customer data

*Schedule customer units for service and or accessory installs, coordinating with shop supervisor.

*Help develop bill of materials (BOMs) for production.

*Create work orders for production.

*Establish a Cold Call list of potential prospects

*Other duties as required

Requirements:

*Exceptional customer relation skills

*Ability to learn extensively CORE products and functions

*Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task

*Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and NetSuite preferred

*Very well organized and able to perform task with little supervision

*Sales experience or secondary education in sales/marketing

This is a full-time hourly position, a bonus is available based on performance. M-F

Pay: $30,087.47 - $50,685.98 per year
