We are an eCommerce Automotive Aftermarket supplier and repair service for all makes and models of electronic modules. In addition to repair service we supply automotive parts of all types.

Job Responsibilities:

> Respond to inbound inquiries of phone calls, messages, and emails from customers that need assistance finding the right part for their vehicle

> Respond and offer solutions to customers with special flagged orders and assist them to complete the orders or retain current ones

> Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction

Desired Skills & Experience:

> ASE Certified Tech experience a plus!

> Automotive parts and sales knowledge, customer service, service writing in an automotive parts/mechanical environment preferred

> Able to demonstrate success and experience in managing account with end users and commercial accounts, while focusing on sales development

> Knowledge of aftermarket parts and accessories

> Outgoing and a real conversationalist creating customer relationships

> Ability to up sell, promote and generate buzz

> Have basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google products such as gmail
