Full description of the position

Seeking candidate with excellent customer service and sales skills. Must understand financial equipment sales processes including, leasing, financing, and quote / costing analysis. Candidate must have strong background in relationship management, transaction detail and have an exceptional personality. Willing to travel and willing to be trained.

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints

Ability to resolve customers' problems

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

Responsible for the sales and marketing of equipment

Ability to prepare and present sales contracts and/or lease agreements

Ability to prepare sale reports

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,651.00 per month
