About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. This role requires someone who is proactive, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research potential clients, initiate contact through various channels, and build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Sales Presentations: Showcase our products/services to potential clients, tailor sales pitches to their needs, and provide accurate information about our offerings.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, address their concerns promptly, and stay updated on their evolving needs.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales agreements, overcome objections, and strive to exceed sales targets.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and submit them to the regional sales manager.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Skills Required:

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
