Job Summary: THIS IS FOR ROOFING COMPANY -READ THE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. We go door to door, helping customers with their roofs, siding and windows after a storm.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and their insurances.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights for business growth

- Help team members succeed in their work

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong background in outside sales or roofing is highly desirable
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing sales team

- Knowledge in Roofing and construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,927.34 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel
