Sales/Designers Assistant

GranitePro is searching sales/designers assistant for our New Showroom opening in Columbia, MD.

We are searching for a self-motivated Sales Assistant with a passion for kitchen dcor and an eye for design! This position is a great opportunity to gain experience learning the ins and outs of cabinetry design, countertop design and countertop sales.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Valid US Driver License
• 1+ Year Experience in Sales or Customer Support

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Advise & serve showroom clients
• Assist with inventory tracking
• Order showroom supplies
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Assist clients with color selections to compliment their upcoming projects
• Prepare the meeting room for company and client meetings.
• Draw-up countertop layouts
• Assist kitchen designer with administrative tasks
• Educate new and existing clients about company products and services
• Provide clients with cosmetic recommendations and guidance
• Ensure showroom is tidy, well organized and displays are well maintained
• Ensure that all duties are completed accurately in a timely and efficient manner
• Draft correspondences, quotes, P.O's and other formal documentation.
