We are currently hiring for our Ladies Dress department at Dillards Great Northern! We are looking for fun and outgoing team members that share our passion for fashion, excellent customer service, and love to help people look and feel their best!

Some of the day-to-day job requirements include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales, service, and a smile! :)
• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features
• Develop a clientele base and connect with clients via our store app
• Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as well as individual sales goals
• Maintaining presentable product displays and filling in new stock as it arrives
• Educating and signing up customers for our store credit card program
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered
• Processing POS (point of sale) purchases and returns
• Building productive trust relationships with customers

Comply with inventory control procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 40 per week
