Job Description

Ever wonder who makes the awards for the famous award shows? Maybe you havent, but we make most of them! Everything at Society Awards flows through our Accounts Team, the white-gloved Concierges to all of our programs, and were looking to expand. Its not just red carpet events, but also amazing corporations that you use every day, famous brands, technology and social media companies, fashion brands, sports, everything where a luxurious award may be wanted. We are actively seeking a Key Client Success Manager that will report directly to the VP of Sales and be responsible for providing dedicated service to one of our large key accounts. We are looking for someone who is organized and able to be diligent in overseeing the production and shipping of awards. This person will be communicating directly with the client on a regular basis and must be professional, warm, and great with client relations.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Following the daily process to gather new winner information from the client, proofing personalizations, and submitting to our Production Team.
  • Working closely with the client including weekly meetings and communications with their global partners.
  • Following up on any product shipment delivery exceptions and working with our team at UPS and FedEx to ensure delivery.
  • Direct and frequent communication with YouTube Creators regarding award reorders or other general questions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to one of our key clients

Requirements

  • Successful Account Management experience with 3+ years managing projects
  • Bachelors Degree
