Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, financial license, or consultative sales experience.
• Exhibit professionalism, intuition, and strong persuasion skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to connect and build relationships with diverse personality types.
• Comfortable initiating outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on inquiries and sell marketing solutions to financial professionals who have expressed an interest in our services.
• Cultivate robust business relationships with financial professionals by understanding their marketing needs.
• Assist in scheduling marketing campaigns for financial professionals.
• Monitor the progress of each marketing campaign.
• Actively participating in weekly team meetings and sales training.

Career Growth:

This role offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 annually, PLUS uncapped commission potential. On average, our sales professionals earn at least $80,000 in their first year and over $100,000 in subsequent years.

Income Growth Opportunity (Average vs. Top 25%):

• Year 1: $80,000 - $125,000
• Year 3: $110,000 - $250,000
