What Will You Do?
- Actively contribute to the coaching, training, and development of design center team members.
- Collaborate with Sales Director to maintain a positive work culture that aligns with KSIs mission, vision, and core values.
- Conduct individualized monthly discussions with employees, steering them towards their goals and offering insights for areas of growth.
- Assist team members in troubleshooting client issues, ensuring their resolution to full satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day design center administrative and staffing requirements including PTO time and payroll approval.
- Pursue your individual sales target while maintaining oversight of design center performance.
- Work with Sales Director to conduct quarterly performance reviews and developing action plans for employee development.
- Implement KSI processes and procedures
- Manage team toward successful use of CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate vendor access and training as needed
- Participate in industry and KSI events as appropriate
What Will It Take?
- Prior kitchen and bath design and sales experience with a strong aptitude toward management skills.
- A result-oriented disposition, coupled with impactful communication skills
- Proven aptitude for thriving under pressure, adept problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in leading teams and achieving results through others, underscored by the ability to strategically plan both short and long-term goals.
