Landscape Account Manager

Eden Design Group, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Landscape Account Manager position.

Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the landscape maintenance division of Eden Design Group, to include:

Managing the Team leaders and their teams to include:

o Overseeing hours and keeping teams in line with budgets

o Advising on training regimens to improve teams knowledge and productivity

o Reviewing leaders and helping to assess individual team members to increase their knowledge, skills and productivity

o Hiring, coaching, disciplining and if necessary terminating team members in line with our core values.

Oversee and improve the equipment maintenance schedules at the crew level and coordinate with the in house mechanic on higher level issues

Scheduling jobs for the teams and conducting site inspections to verify work is performed to standards of quality and time

Meeting with existing managers and property owners to address:

o Current service

o Advise on potential additional work

o Identify and alert to potential issues

o Maintain and consistently improve client satisfaction

Meet with new clients to acquire new contracts or one-off work.

Advise the Operations Manager on the best practices and direction for the Maintenance division, while also participating in regular staff meetings for the overall direction and improvement of the organization

Assist in winter months with snow removal and management

Be a key motivator and example to the team so that they may all be inspired to personal and professional growth

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:

MS Word, Excel and Project proficient

Familiar with ASPIRE or able to demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to a new crew and project management platform

Bilingual in English and Spanish

5+ years Landscape Experience

2+ years Landscape leadership experience

Sales or bidding experience

Valid Maryland Drivers License with no issues

Snow removal experience

Goal oriented and organized

Good written and verbal skills

This position has a base salary and commission based on sales.
