Role Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Giunta Insurance LLC, you will act as the primary interface between us and our clients, working on the ground to generate new business opportunities. Your role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their unique health insurance requirements, and offering them customized solutions. This role is perfect for a sales-driven individual who excels in relationship-building and possesses a thorough understanding of the health insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement sales tactics to achieve and surpass sales targets within your designated territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, community involvement, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-person consultations with both prospective and current clients to evaluate their health insurance needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on the health insurance industry's evolving trends and regulations to offer informed guidance to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to refine sales strategies and deepen industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable success in an outside sales role, preferably within the health insurance or a related sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Independent and self-driven, with a robust work ethic and the ability to operate autonomously.
• In-depth knowledge of the health insurance industry, including its products, trends, and regulatory environment, is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.
• A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is favored but not mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
