We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Solar Appointment Setter to join our team. As the Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling appointments for our Solar Consultants to meet with them. This is a unique opportunity where you have the potential to be the highest paid employee of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via direct to consumer/door to door and over the phone to schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to meet with them.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they attend their scheduled appointments.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Salary and Benefits: Unlike most solar setter positions, we offer a safety net of a base salary. However, the correct candidate will make much more than that through our lucrative commission structure. With our high-quality leads and exceptional Solar Consultants, the earning potential for this position is unlimited.
