Job Description:

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking the latest in wireless technology. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs. This role involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on the latest products, and contributing to the overall success of our wireless retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
• Demonstrate and explain the features of various devices and plans
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide support for technical inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain a neat and organized store appearance
• Stay informed about industry trends and product launches
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in wireless sales
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in mobile devices and technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of wireless plans, carriers, and accessories
• Comfortable with explaining technical concepts to customers
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus

Pay: $53,133.23 - $82,515.29 per year
