Panda Exteriors is a premier roofing and exterior services company serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are currently expanding rapidly and looking for a savvy, focused and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join the Panda family!

The ideal candidate is a sharp, organized individual with the right qualities. As the Sales Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall completion of the administrative tasks assigned to you.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and make direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Serve as a personal assistant to direct manager and executives, helping with calendar management, travel, and other administrative tasks
- Review contracts policies, and other documents as needed
- Utilize computerized systems such as company CRM, Microsoft Office Suite or QuickBooks to complete tasks efficiently

Skills Required:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of restoration insurance construction procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or QuickBooks
