Your Job
Outside Sales Representative for our Roto Marine Products Division. This business-to-business sales opportunity sells Dock Floats, Jet Ski Launches, Wave Defenders, and other rotationally molded products to Marinas, Dock Builders, and other companies in an around the marine recreation community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering business results being fully committed to both top and bottom-line growth with a strong understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer issues in the territory.
- Preparing proposals, quoting prices, and promising delivery within established limits.
- Building and maintaining enduring relationships with current and potential new customers.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, attending trade shows, etc.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Developing new business with existing customers and/or identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (i.e., quarterly sales and budget results and annual forecasts).
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled.
- Developing and actively maintaining a robust sales funnel.
Who You Are:
A professional Outside Sales Representative that is fully committed to their trade. Someone who has:
- Five Years of B2B Sales Experience
- Interest in continually sharping their sales skills
- Marine Construction or extensive boating experience (preferred but not required)
- A Bachelors Degree in Business or other related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to travel within the territory up to 50% of the time
