This position is responsible for exemplifying modelcitizen's enthusiastic customer service policy and to share the knowledge of our well-edited styled wardrobe choices with our clients. You will be directly contributing to the brands social media presence, as well participating in building a web presence in the dynamic fashion industry.

Job Requirements

• You must be inspired by fashion and the most current trends.
• Unwavering desire to deliver an outstanding customer impression.
• You MUST be willing to work closely in a team and have excellent communication and follow up skills.
• 2 years+ retail/sales experience with proven ability to sell, style and build long-term customer relationships.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the aptitude to resolve conflicts and look for smart, quick solutions.
• Relaxed and confident meeting new people.
• Be willing to work some Saturdays.
• Post Secondary education.

Job Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate modelcitizens brand by preserving a culture of genuine customer connection and concern.
• Demonstrate extraordinary service and engagement with every customer during their entire time in the store.
• Works with team to implement plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Establish a warm, clean and welcoming boutique environment.
• Continually educate yourself and build a deep understanding of the ever-growing list of Contemporary Fashion brands carried by modelcitizen.
• Complete daily task list before end of shift and without reminders. Maintain store daily maintenance schedule without a hitch.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Aesthetic and Style

• Has a strong understanding of trends and style.
• Model the store's fashion style each and every day by wearing modelcitizen brands.
• Compelled to present yourself well every day

Salary/Benefits

• Hourly salary over industry standard.
• Full-time 32-38 hours/week

Pay: Based on experience and results $14.00 - $17.00 per hour +
