We're working with a well established insurance agency here in Worcester that's looking to add two Account Executives to their staff! As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial and small business insurance clients, providing expert advice, and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Must have or be willing to earn P&C license

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing insurance clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services to maximize account growth and retention.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis of clients' business operations to customize insurance coverage and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal stakeholders to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements on behalf of clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
