Marketing Assistant

Financial Professional Don Zalewski is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join my dynamic inside sales team as a Property & Casualty (P&C) marketing assistant/sales associate. My team offers a diverse business model that allows for our Marketing Support associates to continue to advance in their careers. If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to pursue but lack the experience thats okay. We will provide the necessary training needed for you to be successful in the insurance business. You just need to bring your hunger for the Property and Casualty sale and your strong work ethic!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make proactive outbound calls in an effort to quote and bind P&C insurance products coverage for our partnering agents throughout the state.
• Diligently work internet leads, direct mail, cross-sell P&C products, and referral lists by making proactive outbound calls and hitting desired activity ratios.
• Sell P&C insurance through various prospect contact touch points such as telephone, email and/or internet.
• Prepare P&C insurance quotes to prospects and use assumptive closing techniques to close sales.
• Use persuasive negotiation skills and highly effective listening and communications skills.
• Facilitate a culture to maximize retention and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product knowledge.

Education and Experience

• Must obtain a [Pennsylvania (PA)] P&C insurance license within first 3 weeks of employment date. (You will receive fully paid training and we will sponsor you for your insurance license).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e., Word, Excel, & Edge).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
