Summary
Our company is growing its clientele, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales person to join our team of professionals.

Essential Duties

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, estimate, order entry, negotiate with vendors, set deadlines and monitor the project.
• Communicate with Team members regarding new and current projects
• Understand the scope of the work
• Manage bid pricing from vendors
• Establish and maintain working relationships with Vendors, Clients and

Customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Prior experience in inside sales
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
• Be motivated, detail oriented, driven and well organized.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work extended hours if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
