What we need from you:

Life Insurance license this is non-negotiable.

The understanding, this is your new business, it needs to be built and nurtured. (we will support you).

Enthusiasm, energy, empathy, work ethic, organizational skills, discipline, coachability and the willingness to learn and evolve. (There is no magic bullet to building a business we provide the resources - you provide the rest).

Technical skills, proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs required.
