Job Description:

We are searching for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our vibrant sales team in the dynamic world of toys and holiday decorations. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record of achieving sales targets but also boast existing strong relationships with key buyers in the industry, ensuring continued growth and market dominance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the toy and/or holiday decoration market, focusing on strengthening existing relationships with big buyers.

Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance expectations, leveraging existing connections to secure advantageous partnerships.

Identify and cultivate new opportunities, trends, and partnerships within the industry to expand our customer base and strengthen our position.

Build and nurture robust relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, particularly with prominent buyers in the market.

Stay abreast of industry trends, seasonality, and competitive landscapes within the toy and holiday decoration market, with a specific focus on buyer behavior.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to senior management, with a focus on relationships with big buyers.

Qualifications:

10 of proven experience in sales leadership, with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key buyers in the toy and holiday decoration market.

Strong understanding of seasonal market dynamics, customer behavior, and effective sales strategies for these product categories.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans tailored to seasonality.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
