Comfort Advisor HVAC Sales Representative

The Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities for HVAC products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with residential and commercial customers. This role is 100% commission based.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality solutions.

Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes based on customer requirements and budget considerations.

Follow up with customers to address questions, provide additional information, and negotiate terms to close sales deals.

Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery of services.

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, and other key stakeholders to generate referral business and identify new sales opportunities.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in HVAC technology to effectively advise customers and differentiate the company's offerings.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.

Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or HVAC-related fields is a plus.

Must be self-motivated, work independently and have flexible work schedule (nights & weekends required)
