Ahoy there, adventurers!

Treasure Hunt: The Ride is theme park ride built exclusively for Cannery Row! Its a pirate themed ride-through experience that is part ride and part game. The attraction is inspired by the areas unique history and puts you in the middle of a pirate adventure as you use interactive devices to collect treasure and ward off enemies! The total queue line, pre-show, and ride lasts about 20 minutes.

DWL Amusements is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador who possesses exceptional charisma and the ability to engage in dynamic conversations with a wide range of individuals. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand, building customer relationships, and driving sales through personalized interactions. Your energy, positivity, and natural ability to connect with people will be instrumental in enhancing our brand's visibility and expanding our customer base.

• Sales Expertise: Seamlessly integrate your interpersonal skills with your sales acumen. Employ persuasive communication techniques to convert conversations into sales opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers. Foster trust and loyalty through genuine interactions, ensuring customers view you as a reliable source of information and assistance.
• Market Insights: Gather insights from customer interactions and provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams. Identify trends, preferences, and suggestions to continually enhance our products and customer experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging, promotions, and strategies. Share your on-the-ground observations to refine our approach and tactics.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, upholding the brand's image and values.

Qualifications:

• Charismatic and outgoing personality with a natural ability to strike up conversations and establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. (this is critical)
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and convey complex information.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and tailor your approach to various situations.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
• Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales representative, or in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Compensation:

• $18/hr. starting wage (prove to us why you are worth more!!)
• Holiday hours paid out at 1.5x normal hourly rate

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Monterey, CA 93940: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
