Position: Solar and Battery Storage Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Solar and Battery Storage Sales Representative at Infinium Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will have access to competitive pay, comprehensive training, and an array of resources to support your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels, including but not limited to, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and assess their suitability for solar and battery storage solutions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Develop and present customized solar and battery storage proposals and quotes, tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.
  • Uphold the values of integrity and customer-centricity in all interactions, ensuring that the customer's best interests are always prioritized.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position Infinium Solar in the marketplace.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and effectively communicate complex concepts related to solar energy systems and battery storage solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a passion for sustainability.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
