Experienced Powersports Sales Manager needed for one of the fastest-growing motorcycle dealerships in the Carolinas. Our amazing growth requires additional staffing in almost every department. We require an experienced, professional, process-oriented individual with an excellent customer-centric skill set. Aggressive pay plan assures you great pay with amazing benefits. Come grow with us.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Powersports sales management experience preferred. Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
