Full description of the position

Windows N Things is a window and door dealership established 20 years ago, specializing in contemporary and custom designs, high end products and brands. As our business, with a client base of developers, contractors, designers, and architects, continues to expand, we are in search for Inside Sales Account Managers.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales and High-end products. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, project managers, and purchasing agents
  • Become familiar with our products and recognize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to expand sales
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to drive business
  • Prepare and organize order details according to customer needs
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

What were looking for:

  • Proven work experience as an B2B Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a great team
  • Fast learner, Multi-tasker, Self-motivation is necessary
  • Experience selling in the Window Industry (An advantage!)
  • Other experience in the window and door industry is welcome if youre ready to move to sales!

Basic Tools needed:

  • Experience with CRM software (advantage)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of work-related experience
