Windows N Things is a window and door dealership established 20 years ago, specializing in contemporary and custom designs, high end products and brands. As our business, with a client base of developers, contractors, designers, and architects, continues to expand, we are in search for Inside Sales Account Managers.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales and High-end products. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, project managers, and purchasing agents
- Become familiar with our products and recognize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to expand sales
- Forecast and track key account metrics to drive business
- Prepare and organize order details according to customer needs
- Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
What were looking for:
- Proven work experience as an B2B Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a great team
- Fast learner, Multi-tasker, Self-motivation is necessary
- Experience selling in the Window Industry (An advantage!)
- Other experience in the window and door industry is welcome if youre ready to move to sales!
Basic Tools needed:
- Experience with CRM software (advantage)
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
- Basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of work-related experience
