What You Will Do:

• Oversee and Develop the Business Development Center (BDC) to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Handle all new incoming internet leads and TOs from Product Specialist to assist in overcoming objections and setting appointments
• You will NOT just be in a back room sending emails You will be front and center working shoulder to shoulder with our General Sales Manager helping to maximize our current leads and making the customer experience as fast & transparent as possible
• Coach and mentor team members to generate the most possible appointments from inbound leads and calls
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize BDC operations and enhance efficiency and ensure proper follow-up and communications to ensure client engagement
• Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversion
• Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options
• Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings

You:

• Desire to help the team succeed
• Has a strong working knowledge of appointment setting, overcoming objections, follow-up procedures and best tactics to ensure client engagement
• Able to get the team to perform all necessary tasks and work together
• Exceptional skills on the telephone and computer, extensive knowledge of dealership, CRMs and Lead Providers
• Must be a people-person, energetic, professional and work well with others
• Deep understanding of best practices for web leads / phone ups / daily activities
• Understanding of Virtual Retailing / Chat & how to Jump In and save it
• Experience in coaching and overseeing BDC team members and Salespeople
• At least 3 years of Automotive Internet Sales Management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
