Job Purpose: Sales representative who can provide appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customers following up after initial visits if they haven't purchased.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze and track sales and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications:
1. In-home sales (windows, roofing, flooring, kitchen/bath) experience is a MUST HAVE!
2. You reflect each of our values, both personally and professionally.
3. You have specific experience converting qualified leads into verified sales, documented skills, and can point to specific results you have accomplished.
4. You embrace accountability particularly when it comes to owning outcomes and results.
5. You have strong oral and written communication skills.
