The primary focus of this position will be developing new opportunities and close sales in an assigned territory in Orange County.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative, youll be responsible for understanding Specialtys products and services and how to position them as solutions to potential customer issues. Youll make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to satisfy their regulatory and aesthetical standards. Youll solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner for their business. You must be adept at listening to needs and clearly explain practical solutions in an effort to apply Specialtys products and services.

Specific Duties Include:

• Prospect and propose company solutions to improve potential and existing customers image to patrons.

• Create, develop and implement creative marketing initiatives.

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing the training provided to decide on the best overall solution for each customer's needs.

• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and developed leads.

• Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development.

• Conduct fact-finding interviews at the clients commercial operation to determine how Specialty might best provide problem-solving services.

• Propose recommendations to clients based on your interview and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
