JOB DESCRIPTION:

Highly sought after established Landscape firm seeking motivated individual with sales capabilities to join our team. Our Design/Build firm specializes in developing high end residential projects in the Atlanta metro area. Seeking creative career minded 35-year experienced individual to serve role as residential sales consultant working in a supportive team atmosphere to prospect and develop sales inside the residential market and help increase revenue for the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include management of all projects assigned to them. This entails project objectives, standards, schedules, budgets and design. Working with Clients from initial consultation through plan development, visual presentations, estimating, construction document preparation, and permitting. This role requires good problem-solving capabilities, creativity and design skills, strong plant knowledge, organized and well managed individual.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

3-5 years Design/build ideal

LA Certification or background ideal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,248.96 per year

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
