• Must have open weekend availability
• No seasonal positions
• Must be able to open or close
• Approximately 20-25 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Responding to customer questions and requests
• Improving engagement with merchandise
• Providing excellent customer service to all shoppers
• Operating cash register and point of sales system
• Achieving established sales goals
• Product knowledge
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
• Up-selling products to increase sales
• Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Remember loyal customers names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships with all customers and fellow employees
• Must be able to detach from social media and personal phone while at work

Skills:

• Leadership skill
• Candidate should be passionate about retail and love interacting with customers
• Customer service experience: 1-2 years preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Must be organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn in a fast paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to style for different trends, occasions and body types
• Up-to-date with fashion trends
