We provide professional quality services such as landscape maintenance, construction, renovation, tree care, irrigation system repair and maintenance, and water management. With the help of our amazing team, we are able to provide services to over 16 counties in Northern California.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Account Manager to oversee a diverse landscape maintenance and irrigation portfolio. Deliver on-point customer solutions, manage and coordinate personnel, equipment, and facility resources all the while meeting financial goals. This position will report directly to our company president.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Regularly and consistently conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs, present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
• Seek new clients.
• Communicate services we offer to new and existing clients.
• Provide estimates to the client for additional services and enhancements.
• Develop sustainable solutions that meet our clients needs.
• Ensure a response within two (2) hours for any emergency request received where the issue involves a threat to life/safety, would cause the store to cease operations, or create a liability for the client.
• Manage daily landscape projects and maintenance to ensure they are performed within proposed budget and hours.
• Responsible for cost control in the areas of labor, equipment, material and supplies.
• Responsible for having all completed paperwork and job site photos submitted per clients deadlines.
• Processing all extra and construction billing. Job costing and confirm profits.
• Communication via email, telephone and text with Northern Landscape personnel and its clients.
• Participate in weekly meetings with our management & staff to review goals and other operational issues.
• Other tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have two years of progressive experience in landscape management.
• Basic plant knowledge and chemical applications.
• Basic understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to schedule and manage landscape projects and crews.
• Ability to work independently and with team.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office Suite).
• Valid CA drivers license (Company Vehicle Provided).

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a field environment.
• Walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Verbally communicate to exchange information.

COMPENSATION:

• $70,000-$90,000/Year
• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Vacation, Sick & Holiday Pay

• Company Vehicle will be provided.
