Smart Home Security is one of the fastest growing ADT Authorized Dealer in the Country. We are currently operating in all of VA, MD, KY, NC, SC, PA, OH, AL, GA and IN. We are currently looking for a Field Sales Market Manager. This position will require outside face-to-face sales. We are looking for someone to guide and motivate a team of sales reps in a specified territory, while maintaining an individual quota. These candidates will be hired, trained and onboarded by Smart Home management. The Market Manager will be responsible for allowing reps to shadow them while out in the field as well as providing field sales training as necessary. Additionally, the MM will be responsible for overall management of their team, including but not limited to: Product and service training, continuous objection handling training, assisting reps with closing sales, holding sales reps accountable to quotas, etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to encourage others to do their best.

Responsibilities for this position:

• Show one month of meeting sales quota
• Maintain quota
• Lead the team in your territory
• Provide mentoring, motivation, and continued coaching throughout the duration of sales rep employment
• Allowing reps in your territory to report to you when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
