With hundreds of vehicles available for sale, Orange Buick GMC is seeking Positive Professionals with the right mindset looking to succeed from any field. No automotive sales experience necessary.

Our Training program is designed to get you on the road to success in just a few short weeks and provides continued mentorship to turn you into an automotive professional!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs to assist them through the selection and buying process.
• Test drive vehicles with customers to demonstrate industry leading features.
• Build productive trust relationships and help customers complete the sales process.
• Build productive trust relationships and help customers select and complete the sales process.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Retain knowledge of products offered and discuss available options.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• A proven sales performance record in any industry is a plus.
• An outgoing personality and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Valid drivers license.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Self-motivated and willing to hustle.
