Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate process
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and conditions
- Assist clients in buying, and selling properties
- Guide clients through the negotiation and closing processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients; not afraid to make phone calls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be coachable, have a positive attitude and a growth mindset

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
