Job Overview:
Alliance Realty Management is a rapidly growing property manager in the Greater Boston area. We are looking to expand and have high growth expectations. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and provide excellent customer service to individuals looking for their next apartment.

Duties:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Provide information on rental terms, application processes, and leasing policies
- Assist applicants with completing lease agreements and other necessary paperwork
- Conduct background checks and verify applicant information
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants
- Working knowledge of customer relationship software
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus
