Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
• Establish and maintain key customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective sales campaigns.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including project management, installation, and customer service.
• Continuously improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the operations team.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget for sales and operations.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve margins.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan.
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends in the HVAC industry.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales and operational performance to the CEO and board of directors.

Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in HVAC sales and operations management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management software.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and industry trends.
• Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
