In 2021 we had a record year in New Equipment Sales, and with 20 new lines added we are looking to expand even more this year. We are the market innovator and pioneer in the refurbished Panoramic X-ray and CBCT industry. We have established relationships with several of the equipment manufacturers to help with service and support.

About you:
As a Sales Representative, you must have extensive experience setting sales goals, achieving them, and pushing for sales success. This role is not for an average sales rep. We are looking for TOP NOTCH SALES PROFESSIONALS that know how to make things happen! You must possess a strong background in lead generation software (Zoho) as well as good understanding of dental equipment sales.
In addition, the Inside Sales Representative works with the CEO and division Manager to develop sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and sales plans. This position requires sales experience and polished sales skills as well as the ability to self-start along with strong leadership and personal management skills.
This position also requires a high degree of negotiating ability, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and to complete tasks without close supervision.
Develops sales leads utilizing internal resources and contacts as well as by developing new leads sources and/or cold-calling dental-services prospects.
Works to successfully turn prospects into closed sales through the use of face to face, remote and innovative sales techniques, including but not limited to appointments, telephone calls, email, webinars, etc.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with the companys service-vendors and ensures that appropriate protocols are implemented and followed.
Identifies purchasing trends, recommends business system improvements, and implements changes.
Develops, maintains, and adheres to companys policies and procedures.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully identifying sales leads, making appropriate sales contacts, and ultimately closing the sale.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Setting and tracking sales targets for self.
Suggesting improvements in the sales administration process.
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
Stay up to date with new product launches.
Help ensures that physical inventory levels are monitored so you are aware of what is available to sell.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
