To help us continue to grow our offerings, were searching for a Sales Executive to drive the addition of new Solatube dealers nationwide. This includes sourcing, qualifying, pitching, contracting and onboarding new independent SMB dealers into our existing network. You are passionate about creating mutually beneficial partnerships between Solatube and the business owners that bring our innovative products to market. You excel at prospecting, pitching and strategically identifying new dealer targets.

Responsibilities:
- Sources, qualifies and onboards prospects into the Premier Dealer Network.
- Recommends, develops, and implements strategies to generate new dealer leads.
- Collaborates with Recruitment and Marketing teams throughout sales process for selecting new prospects.
- Presents business opportunity to qualified dealer candidates via onsite interviews, webinars, conference calls and one-on-one presentations.
- Tracks leads and activities using [please apply online] Maintains productive relationships with newly onboarded dealer accounts that sign a Premier Dealer agreement.
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential markets and demographic profiles.
- Participates in the determination of market potential and sales expense estimates.
- Communicates sales information and market conditions to Vice President.
- Communicates effectively with peers, subordinates, and external contacts.
- Completes accurately and in a timely manner all reports as required by the company.
- Attends meetings and classes as required.
- Performs all related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Business Development or Sales role, with experience owning the entire sales process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability
- Open to travel up to 20% annually
- Ability to work onsite in Vista, CA
