If you enjoy leading a team, engaging with people, and like to sell, this could be the job for you! Looking for an energetic sales manager to effectively manage a fast paced retail store.

No night shifts, closed on Sundays. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Recruit and build an inside sales team

- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals

- Manage the day to day activities of your sales team and provide guidance and support

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management

Skills:

- 2+ Years Management Experience

- 5+ Years Agricultural Experience

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills to build rapport with customers

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

- Excellent math skills for pricing negotiations and financial calculations

Pay: 35,000-45,000, depending on experience and proven track record
