Position: Sales Manager

Location: Temecula

Type: Full-time, Commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for our services and products.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and drive performance in the sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Knowledge of the Medical Spa field is a bonus.

Compensation:

This position offers a high commission structure, with an average salary ranging between $7,000 to $25,000 per month. In addition to commission, bonuses and targets are part of the compensation system, providing opportunities for further earnings based on performance.
