Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an emphasized focus in affiliate marketing sales to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition growth at Kikoff by identifying, prospecting, and closing potential new partners. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, set up user acquisition deals, and bring new partners into our affiliate marketing programs to expand our user acquisition scale.
Responsibilities:
North Star Objectives
Champion Kikoffs products and services and become the influential first point of contact for external prospective partners
Heavily contribute to Kikoffs ambitious new user acquisition goals through b2b sales
Consistently overachieve monthly sales quota goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and industry events to generate leads and initiate contact
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to achieve frequent quality responses
Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate network and refine the companys lead-generation playbook
Operating Affiliate Network Portals
Identify and research potential publisher partners within our affiliate networks establish communications through meetings
Navigating existing affiliate portals to onboard new partners and ensure a successful campaign launch together
Using affiliate portals to assist in prospecting and reach-outs for new leads
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor and track affiliate performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and retention rates
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Prepare regular reports and updates on affiliate program performance to share with key stakeholders
Sales Enablement and Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the partnerships and marketing teams to align on user acquisition efforts with broader company objectives and initiatives
Provide support in developing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate our value proposition
Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead generated targets with a focus on affiliate marketing sales preferred
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Self motivated and results-oriented individual whos committed to producing 50-100 reach outs per day
Background knowledge or experience with affiliate marketing and selling through these platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential prospects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
This role is a 6-month contract to hire position.
Compensation Range: $65K - $95K
