Position Overview:

Winter Walking is looking for a skilled B2B Outbound Marketing Manager to be our lead generating guru. Your primary task will be to keep the top of the funnel filled with raw and qualified leads. Methods include SEO, paid search, list acquisition, public relations and other techniques that will bolster the number of inquiries into our company.

As our Outbound Marketing Manager, you will help architect our outreach strategy, leveraging your expertise to expand our reach and increase awareness of our brand and offerings. Your mission will be to craft and execute outbound marketing campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and generate high-quality leads. As the Lead-Generating Expert, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads, expanding our customer base.

Your primary function will be as our top of funnel lead-generating expert. Your main initiative will be to bring in as many high-quality leads as possible through SEO, paid search, list procurement, media buying, public relations and any other effective methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• New lead generation
• Develop and execute top-of-funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract qualified leads.
• Utilize digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to drive website traffic and generate leads.
• Create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media posts, to engage and educate target audiences.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and events, to enhance Winter Walking's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing top-of-funnel marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and best practices.
• Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Platform is a bonus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
