Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining client accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients
- Assist with the negotiation and closing of sales deals
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Health and Life insurance license preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented role
