Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Warmly greet potential buyers, offering in-depth insights into available homes, unique features, and community benefits.
  • Structured Sales Process: Utilize, demonstrate, and enhance the company's structured sales process to effectively guide potential buyers from initial contact through to purchase.
  • Objection Handling: Skillfully address and overcome objections raised by prospects, showcasing the unparalleled value of our homes.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Aim to close a sale with at least 30%+ of the leads worked with, meeting and surpassing set sales benchmarks.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of prevailing market trends, competitive pricing, and inventory, ensuring Verity Homes maintains a competitive edge.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads through calls, emails, and personal visits, ensuring their queries are resolved and interest is sustained.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all sales contracts, agreements, and other paperwork are completed accurately and align with company and legal standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Verity Homes' cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and construction staff to facilitate smooth sales and post-sales processes.
  • Self-Marketing & Promotion: Continually source new sales opportunities, providing management a monthly marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or new home sales domain although not a requirement.
  • Mastery in a structured sales process with the ability to adapt and expand upon it.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Windows, Word, Excel, and additional essential sales tools.
  • A valid real estate license or the capability to procure one if the company so requests.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a proven record of overcoming objections and achieving impressive sales figures.
  • A valid driver's license with trustworthy transportation.
  • Ability and desire to work nights, weekends, company events, community events and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a pertinent field.
  • Experience in new home construction sales.
  • Insight into the local real estate market and its nuances.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Acumen in digital marketing and contemporary social media platforms.
