As an Inside Sales Rep/Showroom Sales Rep you play an important role in our company. Our strong reputation for quality customer service has been the foundation of our success. As an Inside Sales Representative, it is you who will be responsible for continuing to impress our customers. As the customer's primary point of contact, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of customer issues and collectively work with our team to make our customers do business with /confidential for years to come.

Your responsibilities will substantially vary but include, and is not limited to, the following:

• Developing professional relationships with customers (face to face and over the phone)
• Assisting customers with product selection and product order placement
• Recommending new product offerings
• Providing product and technical advice
• Ensuring that customers enjoy the time they spent working with you
• Addressing any concerns a customer may have while in the showroom
• Learning about new products and industry trends
• Attending product and industry seminars and training events
• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 2-3 years of recent customer service
• Confident demeanor, competitive drive, and goal-oriented nature
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written), courteous and clear telephone voice
• Willing to invest time and effort into learning about Jon-Don's products
• Bilingual (English-Spanish is a plus)
