Our team has partnered with well established telecommunication clients to generate new customers, identify customers needs, create a 5-star experience, and promote our clients products and services expanding brand awareness.

We are in need of a highly motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team as we continue advancing in the telecommunications world. Our Entry Level Sales Associate will be trained first hand on providing strategic and innovative product and service solutions to our clients customers. They will also expand their customer acquisitions and sales orders which in return will increase company revenue generated. Our company sets the precedent in regards to technology and providing a customer focused experience. Our Entry Level Sales Associates represent our clients in a transparent and honest way, allowing all customers to know they can depend on our team to provide them with top-notch care during their experience.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Offer a positive and professional customer service experience to previous and new customers in order to build brand awareness and generate sales for our clients
• Prospect for new business opportunities and manage current appointed customer inquiries
• Manage a full sales cycle which includes product and service presentations, working with lead decision makers, processing the sales order, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Problem solve and communicate effectively within the Sales Team to assure that all business objectives are being met and exceeded
• Continue developing the skills and knowledge to become an expert on all products and services offered by our client
• Work with a team of highly motivated individuals who are continuously strategizing new market opportunities and consumer trends

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a sales role or other customer-facing positions is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitasking in a fast-paced environment, escalating priorities as needed
• Desire to grow in a professional environment and develop career goals within the team
• Possess a self-driven, motivated drive to succeed
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently or within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
